In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article
10 of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, in Circular No. 660, dated October 22,
1986, and in General Standard No. 30, both of the Commission for the Financial Market,
duly empowered I communicate, as an Essential Fact, that in a meeting of the Board of Directors of
Forus S.A. (the “Company”) held on July 20, 2022, and in accordance with the
agreed at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of April 20, the distribution of a
dividend No. 48, for a total of $14,991,202,000 (Fourteen thousand nine hundred and ninety-one million)
two hundred and two thousand pesos), which means distributing a dividend of $58.00 (Fifty-eight pesos)
per share, which shall be paid out of the Company’s accumulated profits. This dividend is
