In my capacity as General Manager of Forus S.A., and by virtue of the provisions of article 9 and subsection
second of article 10 of Law 18,045, and in General Rule No. 30, I communicate the following
Essential fact in respect of its business, its public offering securities or the offering thereof.
At the Board meeting held on April 20, 2022, it was elected, as Chairman of the Board and
the Society, to Mr. Alfonso Swett Saavedra.
Likewise, in the same Board meeting, Mrs. Catalina Cabello Rodríguez, sole Director
independent of the Company, appointed Ricardo Swett Saavedra and Heriberto Urzúa Sánchez,
as members of the Directors’ Committee for the period 2022-2a.
