From our consideration,
By means of the present, and by virtue of the provisions of article 9* and second paragraph of article
10* of Law N* 18.045, and in General Rule N%30 of the Commission for the Market
Financial (hereinafter, the “CMF”), being duly authorized to do so, I communicate to you, in
essential factual nature with respect to the company Forum Servicios Financieros S.A. (hereinafter
“Forum” or the “Company”) registered under the N? 520 in the Securities Registry kept by your
Commission, its business and its securities, the following:
Today, Forum placed dematerialized bearer bonds of the Series on the local market.
CG (BFORU-CG), charged to the line of bonds registered in the Securities Registry of the CMF, under
number 969 dated September 27, 2019 (hereinafter, the “Series CG Bonds”).
The placement of the Series CG Bonds was made for a total sum of UF 1,500,000, at a rate
average annual placement of UF + 4.55%, maturing on December 15, 2029.
The proceeds from the placement of the Series CG Bonds will be allocated, in their entirety,
to the refinancing of the Company’s liabilities, in the terms indicated in the Company’s documents.
