By means of the hereby, and by virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and second paragraph of article
10* of Law No. 18.045, and General Rule No. 30 of the Market Commission
Financial (hereinafter, the “CMF”), being duly authorized to do so, I communicate to you, in
essential factual nature with respect to the company Forum Servicios Financieros S.A. (hereinafter
“Forum” or the “Company”) registered under N* 520 in the Securities Registry that your
Commission, its business and its securities, the following:
Today, Forum placed dematerialized CD Series bearer bonds on the local market.
(BFORU-CD), charged to the line of bonds registered in the Securities Registry of the CMF, under the
number 969 dated September 27, 2019 (hereinafter, the “Series CD Bonds”).
The placement of the Series CD Bonds was made for a total amount of $40,423,229,599 pesos, at
An average annual placement rate of 8.99%, maturing on March 15, 2026.
The proceeds from the placement of the Series CD Bonds will be allocated, in their entirety, to the
refinancing of liabilities of the Company, in the terms indicated in the documents of this
emission.
