In my capacity as General Manager of Forum Servicios Financieros S.A. (the “Company”),
duly authorized for this purpose and in compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10
of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, I come to report as an Essential Fact:
That, in consideration of the resignations of Don Ignacio Lacasta and Don Víctor Espinosa to
Board of Directors of the Company, through an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on 29
June 2022, it was agreed to revoke the Board of Directors in its entirety, appointing in the same act
to the following new directors of the Company:
Martin Ezequiel Zarich (President);
ii. Gustavo Mazzolini Casas;
iii. Juan José Solís Martin;
iv. Pablo Pastor Muñoz; and
v. Gonzalo Fernández Mendieta.
