Dear Sir or Madam:
By means of the herein, duly authorized to that effect and
agreement to the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of article 10? of the Law
N*18.045 of the Securities Market, and in the General Standard N*30 given by
your entity, I inform you as an ESSENTIAL FACT, regarding the
Sociedad Forestal Constructora y Comercial del Pacífico Sur S.A. (hereinafter the
“Company”) and its public offering securities which, at the Company’s board meeting
held on this date, it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend of US$0.6.-
per share, charged to the profits of the current year, which will be paid from the
December 29, 2022, to shareholders registered in the respective registry to the
midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date of payment. This interim dividend is
shall be paid, at the option of the shareholders, in pesos or in United States dollars of
America according to the “observed dollar” exchange rate published by the Central Bank of
Chile in the Official Gazette on December 23, 2022, according to the procedure to be
will communicate in the notice of payment of the aforementioned dividend that will be published in a timely manner
in the electronic newspaper “El Líbero”.
The tax classification of this provisional dividend will be informed in its
opportunity to the shareholders.
