From our consideration:
Under the provisions of Article 90 and the second subparagraph of Article 100
of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the General Rule
N930, of this Commission, being duly empowered in the capacity of manager
general de Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
“Administrator”), I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the
Campbell Global Forest Investment (the “Eondo”) the following:
At the Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors on December 29
of 2022, a capital decrease of $1,666,500,000 was agreed. The amounts to be
distributed would be paid in United States dollars. By virtue of the
above, the total amount distributed amounts to USD 1,943,213.62.-, which will be paid to
as of December 29, 2022. In addition, in that assembly, in accordance with article
46 of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure, the Fund’s contributors agreed that the aforementioned
decrease in capital materializes by decreasing the value of each of
the contributions of the Fund and that such reduction of capital is paid since it had been
approved the minutes of the aforementioned Assembly, in its equivalent in US dollars,
to all Contributors in proportion to the number of quotas held by the
Date of payment, in cash and by electronic transfer.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the indicated decrease will be made from this
same date to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry to the
Date of payment, in cash and by electronic transfer.
