From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9% and the second paragraph of article 100
of the Securities Market Law, being duly empowered as
general manager of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
“Administrator”), I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the
Campbell Global Forest Investment (the “Eondo”) the following:
At the Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors on December 23
2022 it was agreed:
(1) Appoint PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consultores Auditores SpA as new
external auditors of the Audit Fund for the year ended 31
December 2022;
(ii) Modify the Internal Regulations of the Fund, in its Article 16% -on
Remuneration of the administrator – in the sense of increasing the amount from
USD $83.300 VAT included to USD $115.787 VAT included;
(iii) Add a transitory Article 1% to the Fund’s Rules of Procedure, in which
An extraordinary remuneration is established and payable only once to the
administrator for an amount of USD $ 70,194 VAT included.
