Securities Market Law, in relation to Article 18% of Law No. 20,712,
being duly empowered as general manager of Larraín Vial Activos
S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), I hereby inform
You as an essential fact of Campbell Global Forest Investment Fund (the “Fund”)
The following:
At the Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors on August 19,
2022 it was agreed to increase its capital by $ 27,293,433,351, so the new capital of the
Fund reaches the sum of $ 31,426,131,633. To this end, in accordance with Article 45 of the
Internal Regulations of the Fund, the quotas will be offered to the contributors of the Fund for their
preferential subscription, in proportion to its quotas and for the term agreed in the aforementioned
Assembly.
