By virtue of the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10* of the
Securities Market Law, in connection with Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Fondo de Fondos de
Campbell Global Forest Investment (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you how
essential fact that in the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund, held on
On April 18, 2022, the following was agreed:
1. The amount of quotas of the Fund currently issued, amount of
fees subscribed and paid and other related matters; and
2. New issues of Fund quotas were agreed in accordance with Articles 28″ and 44″
of the Rules of Procedure, corresponding to 32,025 quotas, 1,020,545 quotas, and
2,898,007 quotas, respectively.
