REF: Communicates agreements Extraordinary Assembly of
Contributors Investment Fund SURA Renta Residencial Chile
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of Article 9* and the second paragraph of Article 10? of the Law of
Securities Market, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, finding myself
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of FUND.
DE INVERSIÓN SURA RENTA RESIDENCIAL CHILE (the “Fund”), which dated 12
December was held in second summons the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund,
in which the following agreements were adopted, among others:
– It was agreed to increase the capital of the Fund in an amount of up to U.F 1,000,000 (one million
development units), by issuing up to 1,000,000 (one million) new quotas,
of the same characteristics as the existing ones. For this purpose, the new quotas to be issued will be
offered preferably to contributors to the Fund from December 19,
2022 for your subscription, in proportion to your fees and for a period of 30 calendar days, all of
in accordance with the provisions of Article 36 of Law 20,712 and number 1.3. of the
Title X of the Rules of Procedure of the Fund.
