From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 on Fund Administration
of third parties and individual portfolios, and articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market,
hereby Administradora General de Fondos Security S.A., duly empowered for this purpose,
informs as an essential fact that on May 19, 2022, the Assemblies were held
Ordinary and Extraordinary Contributors of the Security Oaktree Real Estate Investment Fund
Opportunities Fund VII (the “Fund”), in which the contributors present and represented agreed
next:
A. Ordinary Assembly of Contributors:
1. The financial statements and the annual account of the Fund for the year were approved.
Completed as of December 31, 2021.
2. Messrs. Michelle Bráutigam Aguirre, Patricio Blamberg Weitzman and Rodrigo were elected
Gonzalez Montero as members of the Supervisory Committee.
3. The revenue and expenditure budget of the Supervisory Committee was adopted.
4. It was agreed to appoint Surlatina Auditores Limitada as an audit firm of the Fund for the
year ended December 31, 2022.
5. It was agreed to appoint Pivot Advisors as an independent consultant for the
valuation of the Fund’s investments.

B. Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors:
1. It was approved to amend number FOUR. of Title IX. “Other Relevant Information” of the
Internal Regulations of the Fund.
