Ref.: Reports ESSENTIAL FACT indicating the Investment Fund HMC Carval Credit
Value Fund V, administered by HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos.
From our consideration,
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law No. 18.045, I come to communicate to you
as an ESSENTIAL FACT the following:
It is communicated to the gentlemen Contributors that in Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund
of Investment HMC Carval Credi Value Fund V, which manages HMC S.A. Administradora
General of Funds, held on May 18, 2022, the distribution of the
100% of the net profits received during the year 2021, amounting to the total sum
of $30,000.00. By virtue of the foregoing, each Series A Contributor will receive the sum
of $0.0006735550 for each subscribed and paid instalment held in that Series in the
Fund and each Series I Contributor will receive the amount of $0.0006735063 for each
subscribed and paid share held in said Series in the Fund.
This final dividend shall be paid in cash and in United States dollars of
America, as of June 6, 2022, at the offices of the Administrator, located
in Av. Vespucio Norte number 2500, office 401, commune of Vitacura, Santiago, from Monday to
Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and will be entitled to collect it all Contributor registered in the
Registration of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the due date
