De nuestra consideración:
De acuerdo a lo dispuesto en el Artículo 18 de la Ley N*20.712, sobre Administración de Fondos de Terceros y Carteras Individuales, y debidamente facultado para ello, cumplo con informar a Ud., en carácter de Hecho Esencial, que en Asamblea Extraordinaria de Aportantes del Fondo de Inversión Ecus Agri-Food, en Liquidación (en adelante el Fondo), celebrada con fecha 12 de diciembre de 2024, se acordó, entre otras materias, modificar ciertos artículos del Reglamento Interno del Fondo relativos a la duración del mismo. Esta aprobación quedó sujeta a la ratificación por parte de CORFO, conforme lo exige el Programa de Financiamiento a Fondos de Inversión de Capital de Riesgo – F.3 al cual el Fondo se encuentra acogido.
