18.045 in accordance with General Rule Nos. 30 and 364 of the
Commission for the Financial Market, and with the penultimate paragraph of article 23 “of the
Law N* 21.082, duly authorized, we comply with informing you of the following fact
essential of the Society:
On January 27, 2023, the Final Report was received by the Society
on the Land Bank and Housing Infrastructure Project, prepared by the
independent evaluator ECONSULT CAPITAL SpA, according to the provisions of the final paragraph
of numeral 2) of article 23 of Law N*21.082.
At its meeting dated January 30, 2023, the Committee of Independent Directors
of the Company formed according to the provisions of the final paragraph of numeral 2) of the
Article 23 of Law N*21.082, unanimously agreed and within the legal term
established for this purpose, to pronounce itself favorably with respect to the materialization of the
Land Bank and Housing Infrastructure Project.
