In accordance with article 9* and second paragraph of article 10% of Law N*
18.045 in accordance with Commission General Standard No. 30 for
the Financial Market, duly authorized, we comply with informing you of the
following essential fact of Fondo de Infraestructura S.A. (the “Company”).
On December 12, 2022, the 10* Extraordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company’s Fund (the “Meeting”), at which time the
following agreements:
1) Approve the update of the Five-Year Business Plan 2022-2026, according to
to the procedure established in Article 25 of Law No. 21.082.
2) To approve the modification of paragraph d) Article thirty-fifth of the statutes
social adapting it in accordance with the provisions of numeral 4) of article 57
of Law No. 18.046.
3) Increase the capital of the Company in the amount of $331,039,083,000.-,
through the issuance of 1,011,084 new registered payment shares,

ordinary, of the same series and without nominal value, which will be destined to the
execution of both Land Bank and Housing Infrastructure Project
and the Terminals Project of the Metropolitan Public Transport System
(RED), in the terms described at the Meeting.
