In accordance with article 9* and second paragraph of article 10* of Law N*
18.045 in accordance with Commission General Standard No. 30 for
the Financial Market, duly authorized, we comply with informing you of the
following essential fact of the Society:
On September 1, 2022, the 9? Extraordinary Meeting
of Shareholders of Fondo de Infraestructura S.A., opportunity at the Meeting agreed:
+ Authorize that, the resources or financial assets that remain from the increase of
Capital agreed by the Meeting on May 25, 2021 for
finance the expenses derived from the execution of the Bulnes Building Project
Bicentennial, can be used by the Society, in the quantity that
corresponds, in the acquisition of the bus terminal that is part of the

INFRASTRUCTURE FARA CHILE
Terminals Project of the Metropolitan Public Transport System (RED), in
the terms described at the Meeting.
That the financial resources or assets, effectively used in the acquisition
of the bus terminal, must then be reinstated to the Company, to be
intended to finance the expenses derived from the execution of the Building Project
Bulnes Bicentenario, once it has the financing obtained from
through financial institutions that allow you to continue acquiring
bus terminals of the RED metropolitan public transport system, in
compliance with the provisions of the Ministry of Finance in its Official Letter No. 198,
of 4 February 2022.
