18.045 in accordance with Commission General Standard No. 30 for
the Financial Market, duly authorized, we comply with informing you of the
following essential fact of the Society:
On April 28, 2022, the 4? Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
of Fondo de Infraestructura S.A., opportunity in which the Board took the following
agreements:
1) Approve the report, the balance sheet, the financial statements and report of the
external auditors of the Company for the year as of December 31, 2021
including notes to the Consolidated Financial Statements, such as
Directory contained in the report, according to the established procedure
in Article 74 of the LSA, without observations.

2) To take cognizance that it is not appropriate to make distribution of
dividends to shareholders, since the Company’s 2021 financial year does not
yielded profits.
3) Take cognizance of the acts or contracts entered into by the Company with
related persons, to date.
4) Approve the designation of the firm KPMG Auditores Consultores Limitada as
external auditors of the Company for the financial year 2022.
5) Designate that the publications of the Company are made in the “Financial Journal”,
in its digital on-line version.
