In accordance with article 9* and second paragraph of article 10% of Law N*
18.045 in accordance with Commission General Standard No. 30 for
the Financial Market, duly authorized, we comply with informing you of the
following essential fact of the Society:
On April 28, 2022, the 8th Extraordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of Fondo de Infraestructura S.A., opportunity at the Meeting took the
following agreements:
1) Postpone the approval of the update of the Five-Year Business Plan
2022-2026, of the Company, until the issuance of the technical report by the
Ministry of Public Works, in accordance with Article 25 of Law No. 21,082.
2) To increase the capital of the Company in the amount of $2,748,821,349, by means of
the issuance of 8,471 new nominative payment shares, ordinary, of a

same series and without nominal value, which will be destined to the materialization of the
Bulnes Bicentennial Building Project, in the terms described in the Board; of
so that the share capital that currently amounts to the sum of
$77,084,710,457, divided into 243,000.- registered shares, ordinary, of a
same series and no face value, increase to the sum of $79,833,531,806, divided
in 251,471 registered shares, ordinary, of the same series and without value
nominal. The shareholder Fisco de Chile subscribes all of the 8,471 new
Payment shares issued under the agreed capital increase, to a
Approximate price per share of $324,497.9, which are subscribed and paid in
that act. In this way, the shareholding composition of the Company is as
follows: 99.974% for the Chilean Treasury and 0.026% for the Corporación de Fomento de Chile
Production.
3) Replace the Eighth Permanent and First Transitory Articles of the
Articles of Association of the Company, in order to reflect the new amount of share capital,
the shareholder composition and the way in which it is found, subscribed and paid.
