I hereby inform as ESSENTIAL FACT of Fintual Administradora
General de Fondos S.A. (the “Company”, the following:
At the Company’s Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on 16
of March 2023, before Mr. Juan Cristián Berríos Castro, Notary Public
Substitute of the Eighth Notary of Santiago of Don Luis Ignacio Manquehual
Mery, whose minutes were reduced to a public deed dated March 20, 2023 in
the same Notary mentioned above, it was agreed to increase the capital of the company
from the sum of $1,845,000,000 divided into 1,845,000 registered shares,
of a single series and without nominal value, fully subscribed and paid, to the sum
of $2,645,000,000 divided into 2,645,000 registered shares, of a single
series and without par value, through the issue of 800,000 shares of payment, by
the amount of $ 800,000,000, which must be subscribed and paid within the
Term of three years counted from March 16, 2023.
The corresponding extract was inscribed on pages 26625 N* 12156, dated 23
of March 2023, in the Commercial Register of the Conservator of Goods
Raíces de Santiago, corresponding to the year 2023 and published in the Diario
Official on March 25, 2023.
