position of director of Fintual Administradora General de Fondos S.A.

From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045, and the
Article 18 of Law 20,712 on the Administration of Third Party Funds and
Individual Portfolios, I hereby inform the Commission for the Market
Financial (the “Commission”) as Fintual’s BESSENTIAL FACT
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Company”, the following:
By letter dated May 23, 2022, Mrs. Rosario Celedón Fórster
informed the Board of Directors of the Company of her resignation from the position of director
independent of it from that date. The above, given that it will assume
the position of Manager of the Financial Policy Division of the Central Bank.
By virtue of the above, the Board of Directors of the Company was formed
temporarily by the following people: Agustín Feuerhake Larraín, Jaime
Patricio Binzli Rojas, Jessica Guzmán Estrada and Cristián Rodrigo Pavez
Miranda.
