by the Committee over which you preside, you are informed that at the Board meeting held with this
date, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. José Antonio Soffia Ahumada as director of the
society, replacing Don Diego Benavente Arias, who submitted his resignation on 15
July 2022 and what was timely reported to this entity.
Likewise, we inform you that in the regular meeting of the board of directors held today,
appointed Mr. José Antonio Soffia Ahumada as Chairman of the Board
