In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, through
I hereby inform you as essential information, that at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
held on June 22, 2022, the shareholders of Fintesa Securitizadora S.A., agreed:
1.- Increase the capital of Fintesa Securitizadora S.A. in the sum of $ 200,000,000 by issuing
146,294,573 new registered payment shares, all of the same series and without par value, which must be
be fully subscribed and paid within a maximum period of 3 years, starting on June 22, 2022
As a result of the aforementioned increase, the capital of Fintesa Securitizadora S.A. will amount to the sum of
$2,438,503,910 divided into 1,783,699,444 registered shares, all of the same series, without par value.
2.- Modify the Fifth and First Transitory Articles of the bylaws, in order to reflect the increase in
