From our consideration:
In accordance with current regulations, we report the following essential facts:
a) The resignation of Mr. Felipe Nannig Biskupovic as general manager of FINMAS
CORREDORES DE BOLSA DE PRODUCTOS S.A. (the “Company”) as of May 9,
2022, for personal reasons. Notwithstanding the above, Felipe Nannig Biskupovic will continue as
director of the Company as follows;
b) The appointment of Mr. Juan Pablo Barroilhet Torres as the new general manager
of the Company as of the same date;
c) The resignation of Mr. Alfonso Álamos Allende as director of the Company, for reasons
personal, filed on May 9, 2022;
d) The appointment of Mr. Felipe Nannig Biskupovic as substitute director until the next
ordinary meeting of shareholders of the Company;
e) The resignation of Mr. Luis Felipe Silva Salinero as director of the Company, for reasons
personal, filed on May 9, 2022; and
£) The appointment of Mrs. Bárbara Reyes Molina as substitute director until the next
ordinary meeting of shareholders of the Company.
