In accordance with the provisions of letter b) of Article 147 of Law No. 18,046, Circular N*
991 of the Commission for the Financial Market (“CMF”) and provided for in Articles 9″ and 10* of the
Law N* 18.045, duly authorized by the board of directors of FID Chile Seguros
Generales S.A. (“the Company”), I come to communicate, as an essential and/or relevant fact,
as applicable, the resolution corresponding to the Ordinary Board of Directors of the Company entered into
on March 30, 2023, in which, in consideration of the renewal of the board of directors of the
Company, according to the resolution of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on March 24, 2023,
and as established in the bylaws, the President was elected and
Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, agreeing to appoint Mr. Fernando Cambara Lodigiani as
Chairman of the Board and Mr. José Manuel Álvarez Quintero as Vice President.
