In accordance with the provisions of General Standard No. 314, Circular No. 991 of
Commission for the Financial Market (“CMF”), other applicable regulations, and the provisions of the
Articles 9 and 10″ of Law N* 18.045, duly authorized by the board of directors of FID Chile
Seguros Generales S.A., I come to communicate, as an essential fact, the following:
That the company has restructured the area responsible for risk management, in the sense of
creation of the new Risk Sub-Management, which will take the direction of management
of risks of this, independently of the different areas subject to its management and with
Direct access to the directory.
It also informs the incorporation of Mr. Matías Felipe Queirolo Corral to the position of Deputy Manager
of Risks.
