Financial Market, as well as the provisions of letter b) of numeral 7 of Article

essential fact of FID Chile Seguros Generales S.A. (the “Company”), which dated 25
of November 2022 the Board of Directors of the Company has approved an amendment to the
General Policy of Habituality of the same, whose full text is at
available to shareholders and also available on the Company’s website.
