In accordance with the provisions of Circulars N * 662 and 991 of the Commission for the Financial Market
(“CMF”), other relevant regulations, and the provisions of Articles 9* and 10″ of Law No. 18,045, in
representation of FID Chile Seguros Generales S.A. (“the Company”), I have come to communicate, as
Essential fact, that, in relation to what was reported to this Commission by means of essential facts of
Date March 17 and 23, both of 2020, and in consideration of the current situation of derived infections
of COVID-19 in the country, my client has restarted face-to-face work both at her headquarters in
Santiago as in its branches throughout the country.
For these purposes, a mixed work modality has been arranged, combining days of face-to-face work
and teleworking days, distributing face-to-face attendance among the different managements. However, the attention to
customers in person are insured.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, customer and broker service continues to be available through our channels.

– Subscription of digital means of payment.
– Self inspection of Risks (through App)
– Dispatched policies to mail clients and brokers.
– Denounced Web Sinister and Call Center.

– Collection through payment button and transfers to the Company’s current account.
– Claims payment processes and suppliers by transfer or digital view voucher.
