From our consideration:
In accordance with Commission Circular No. 660 for the
Financial Market, we hereby inform you that at the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of Ferrocarril del Pacífico S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”), held
On April 17, 2023, the distribution of a definitive dividend of $ was agreed
0.79420 per share, charged to 2022 earnings.
The aforementioned dividend shall be paid by means of nominative cheques in pesos, at
from April 28, 2023, Monday to Friday between 09:00 Hrs. and 17:00
Hrs., in Calle El Trovador 4253, second floor, commune of Las Condes, Santiago.
The foregoing, without prejudice to those shareholders who have so requested by
written to the Company, the dividend will be deposited in the bank current account
or savings that they had indicated, or they will be dispatched a voucher seen by mail
