From our consideration:
In accordance with Commission Circular No. 660 for the
Financial Market, we hereby inform you that at the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of Ferrocarril del Pacífico S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”), held
On April 18, 2022, it was agreed to distribute a definitive dividend of
$0.820035 per share, charged to 2021 earnings.
The aforementioned dividend shall be paid by means of nominative cheques in pesos, at
from April 29, 2022, from Monday to Friday between 09:00 Hrs. and 17:00
Hrs., in Calle El Trovador 4253, second floor, commune of Las Condes, Santiago.
The foregoing, without prejudice to those shareholders who have so
requested in writing to the Company, the dividend will be deposited in the account
bank or savings current that they have indicated, or a voucher will be issued to them
View by registered mail to the address indicated in the application.
Shareholders who are registered will be entitled to this dividend
in the Register of Shareholders five working days in advance of the date to
