Mr. President
By means of the present in accordance with the provisions of numeral 2.3 of the Character Standard
General 201, and in disposition to what happened at the extraordinary meeting of shareholders on 28
December 2021 and at a subsequent Board meeting on January 28 of this year, is that
I can report the start of the preferred share period.
The issue of shares will be offered preferentially to the shareholders of the Company on a pro rata basis of
the shares they own registered in their name. This period will run from March 1 to 31
of this year, this in order to safeguard the percentages of participation prior to the increase
of capital approved in December 2021.
