Securities Market and in the General Rule N* 361 of that Commission, duly
Authorized, I inform you that by email dated May 2 of this year,
Mr. Mario Ernesto Menéndez Alvarado (Superintendent of the Financial System of El Salvador)
informed us that in the meeting of the Directing Council N* CD-19/2023 dated April 28, 2023,
it was agreed to authorize the constitution of the Company Feller Rate El Salvador, S.A. de C.V., Clasificadora
of Risk. The latter being a subsidiary of Feller Rate Clasificadora de Riesgo Limitada, with a
exclusive risk classification of issuers in the El Salvador market. The start of activities
of this company is subject to additional authorization from the regulator.
