On March 21, 2023, at Board meeting No. 649 of this Compensation Fund,
accepted the position and assumed her functions the labor director Mrs. Lilian Sanhueza Sanhueza and
the labor directors Mr. Boris Garrido Ramos and Mr. Juan Moreno Gamboa, who were elected
through an electronic process of universal voting by workers affiliated to the
Box.
Therefore, and in accordance with the extensions of the period of the directors Mrs. Josefina Montenegro
and Verónica Pérez, the Board of Directors is made up of the business directors Mrs. Josefina
Montenegro as President, Verónica Pérez as Vice-President, Mr. Marco Antonio Álvarez
