18.045, and other regulations in force, and being duly empowered by the
Directory of the Family Allowance Compensation Fund La Araucana, hereinafter “The
Araucana C.C.A.F.”, by means of the present I communicate to you as an essential fact the
next:
On April 8, 2022, the National Chamber of Commerce reported that in Council
Extraordinary of the CNC dated March 30 of the same year, Mr. Marco was appointed
Antonio Álvarez Mesa as business director representing said entity before this
Family Allowance Compensation Fund.
