Hereby and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20.712
and in Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market Law, we hereby inform you of the following

At the Ordinary Meeting of Contributors of the “Falcom Private Debt Investment Fund” held at
On May 15, 2023, the following matters, among others, were approved:
1) The annual account of the Fund and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2006, and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007.
December 2022. It was agreed to distribute as dividends 30% of the net income received by the Company.
the Fund during the 2022 fiscal year, with the interim dividends distributed to them being charged against

2) The following were elected as members of the Fund’s Supervisory Committee for fiscal year 2023.
Alfredo Vilches Espinosa, Hernán Guerrero Hinojosa and Marcelo Muñoz Acosta,
establishing their remuneration and budget of expenses.
3) Grant Thornton was appointed as external audit firm for fiscal year 2023.
