Ref. Communicates summons to Ordinary Assembly of Contributors
Private Falcom_Deuda Investment Fund.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N* 20,712
and in Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, we communicate in
of ESSENTIAL FACT, the following:
By agreement of Falcom Administradora General de Fondos S.A., the Ordinary Assembly of
Contributors of the “Falcom Private Debt Investment Fund” (hereinafter, the “Fund”), to be held
In first summons, on May 15, 2023, at 5:00 p.m., at the offices located in
Avenida El Golf 82, 6th floor, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, and in second citation to be held
in the same place on May 17, 2023 at 5:00 p.m., in order to treat matters
of their knowledge.
They may participate in the Assembly, with the right to speak and vote, the contributors who are registered
in the Fund’s Contributors Register at midnight on the fifth business day preceding the date
at which the respective Assembly is to be held. Additionally, and in accordance with the provisions of
General Rule N* 435 and Circular Letter N* 1141, both of the Commission for the
Financial Market, remote assistance to it will be allowed, for which the board of directors of the
Administrator agreed and approved the use of technological means and procedures
necessary to prove the identity of persons participating remotely in the
assembly or its power, as the case may be, and its vote, which will be duly communicated
in the relevant citation.
