Falcom Portfolio Advisors Private Debt II Mutual Fund.

Hereby and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20.712
and in Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market Law, we hereby inform you of the following
of ESSENTIAL FACT, the following:
At the Ordinary Meeting of Contributors of the “Falcom Portfolio Advisors Private Investment Fund” (Falcom Portfolio Advisors Private
Debt II” held on May 15, 2023, the following, among others, were approved
matters:
1) The annual account of the Fund and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2006, and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007.
December 2022;
2) The following were elected as members of the Fund’s Supervisory Committee for fiscal year 2023.
Jaime Loayza O’Connor, Asunción Vildosola Benavente and Jaime Maluk Valencia,
establishing their remuneration and budget of expenses;
3) Surlatina was appointed as external audit firm for the fiscal year 2023; and
4) The following companies were appointed as independent appraisers or valuers for fiscal year 2023
