Ref: ESSENTIAL FACT Report stating
Falcom Corporate Debt Mutual Fund,
From our consideration,
Hereby and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712
and in articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045, we hereby state as a FACT
ESSENTIAL the following:
That the redeemable type investment fund called “Fondo de Inversión Falcom Deuda
Corporate”, will distribute as dividends the total amount of $224,608,338.
corresponds to 30% of the Net Earnings Perceived for fiscal year 2022 that are eligible to be
distributed as dividends. The amount of the dividend to be paid shall be distributed among the series of
Fund in proportion to the rights that each series represents over the Fund’s shares.
total assets of the Fund and then such amount will be distributed to the contributors of each series at
pro rata share of its participation in each of them.
This dividend will be paid in cash on June 14, 2023 at the offices of the Company.
Administrator, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the right to it, Contributors
who are registered as such in the Fund’s Register of Contributors at midnight on the following day.
