At the Ordinary Meeting of Contributors of the “Falcom BlackRock DLE IX Investment Fund” held at
On May 15, 2023, the following matters, among others, were approved:
1) The annual account of the Fund and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2006, and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007.

2) The following were elected as members of the Fund’s Supervisory Committee for fiscal year 2023.
Luis Aliste Esquivel, Fernando Galdámez Paredes and Germán Honorato Estévez,
establishing their remuneration and budget of expenses;
3) Surlatina was appointed as external audit firm for the fiscal year 2023; and
4) The following were appointed as independent appraisers or valuers for fiscal year 2023
