In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and paragraph 2 of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045,
Securities Market, and in General Standard No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market (in
hereafter, the “CMF”), duly empowered for this purpose, I come to inform the market in general and
to the CMF as an ESSENTIAL FACT relating to Falabella S.A. (hereinafter, the “Company”), for the purpose of
to disclose in a truthful, sufficient and timely manner the essential facts and information relating thereto, its
business and securities issued by it that are the subject of a public offer, at the time the event
has occurred or has come to your knowledge:
At the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, the independent director Mr. Ricardo Cruzat
Ochagavía, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 bis of Law No. 18,046, on Corporations,
he chose the directors José Luis del Río Goudie and Sergio Cardone Solari as those who, together with him,
in their capacity as independent directors, they shall be members of the Board of Directors of the Company.
