Hereby, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 and
Chapter 18-10 of the Commission’s Updated Collection of Market Standards
Financial, being duly authorized, I communicate to you in fact
essential, that the Board of Directors of Banco Falabella agreed to summon the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
For the day April 17 of the current year, from 10:30 am, in the dependencies
located at Calle Moneda 970, 20th floor, commune and city of Santiago, in order to treat
the ordinary matters of this type of Meetings.
With regard to the dividends to be distributed, it was agreed to propose to the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders the distribution of Ch$5,994.159541 per share as a final dividend charged to
profits for the year ended December 31, 2022, which would be paid on December 24
of April 2023 to shareholders who are registered in the Register of Shareholders on
Fifth business day prior to that date.
