From our consideration:
By means of the present, in accordance with articles 9 and 10 of Law 18.045 and RAN 18-10
of the Commission for the Financial Market, we inform as an essential fact that the day of
yesterday, December 26, 2022, in accordance with the provisions of Article 65 of the General Banking Law,
Banco Falabella was notified of the confirmation of a fine, to tax benefit, amounting to UF
253 (two hundred and fifty-three Development Units), due to the existence of a deficit in
The technical reserves of the aforementioned bank for February 25, 2022, as planned
in the indicated standard.
As soon as this situation was detected, Banco Falabella informed the Commission for the
Financial Market and corrected, being corrected. In turn, the incident had no impact on the
customers or in the market.
