From our consideration:
Pursuant hereto, pursuant to Articles 9 and 10 of Law 18.045 and Chapter 18-10
of the Updated Collection of Standards of the Commission for the Financial Market, we inform
as an essential fact that by means of Exempt Resolution N*4282 of that Commission dated 8 of
July 2022, notified to this party on July 14, 2022, Banco Falabella was sanctioned
with a fine, to tax benefit, amounting to UF 721 (Seven hundred and twenty-one Development Units),
for infringement of Article 65 of the General Banking Law and complementary regulations referring to a
Deficit for the technical reserve for 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 March 2021.
As soon as this situation was detected, Banco Falabella informed the Commission for the
Financial Market and corrected, being corrected. In turn, the incident had no impact.
