REF.: REPORTS ADJUSTMENT IN THE COMPANY’S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.-
Dear Sir or Madam:
In compliance with the provisions of article 9 and paragraph 22 of article 10,
both of Law No. 18,045, in relation to the provisions of numeral 2.2. of Section 1! of the Standard
of General Character N2 30, both dictated by the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance, today
Commission for the Financial Market, duly empowered to do so, I hereby inform that
Commission as an Essential Fact with respect to the company and its financial statements, which at the meeting
ordinary shareholders of Factotal S.A., held on April 26, 2023, the
Restatement of the financial statements as of December 31, 2021.
This, as a result of the audit carried out on certain operations
of factoring held in the branch of Concepción, since it was determined that the illicit acts committed in
The aforementioned operations produce an effect of lower equity as of December 31, 2021 of
approximately M$2,286,875.-
Thus, in accordance with the provisions of the International Accounting Standard
No 8 “Accounting policies, changes in estimates and errors”, was recorded retroactively on
corresponding adjustments, as disclosed in Note 37 to the consolidated financial statements to
December 31, 2022 and 2021.
