Essential fact:
By private instruments of purchase and sale of shares, dated June 23,
2022, Factotal S.A. divested 100% of its stake in the subsidiary FT Investment Group
Limited, domiciled in British Virgin Islands.
The price of the operation is the amount of USD 6,000,000.- (six million dollars)
of North America), which will be paid to Factotal S.A. before June 30, 2022.
