By hereby and in accordance with the provisions of Article 9? and second paragraph of the
Article 10%, both of Law N? 18.045, and in Section II, numeral 2.2 of the General Standard
N? 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market (“CMF”), I have come to inform this Commission regarding
of the following relevant or essential fact in relation to Factoring Security S.A.
That with this same date Factoring Security S.A. has successfully placed in the local market, effects
of commerce charged to the Line registered in the Securities Registry of the CMF under the N? 124 dated 30
August 2018.
The specific characteristics of the placement were as follows:
+ Series 11 for a total amount of $5,000,000,000.- (Five billion pesos), maturing
on March 7, 2023 and at an average placement rate of 1.13%
+ Series 17 for a total amount of $5,000,000,000.- (Five billion pesos), maturing on
day 6 June 2023 and at an average placement rate of 1.11%
