At the Board meeting held on the same date, August 11, 2022, it was agreed by
unanimity by the Board of Directors, accept the resignation of Mr. Francisco Silva Silva, to the position of
director and president of the Society. The Board of Directors recorded its thanks to the
Mr. Silva for the excellent services rendered by him to society, for more than 29 years.
Then the Chairman of the Board of Directors and of the Company was elected the director Mr. Renato Peñafiel
Muñoz, and Mr. Fernando Salinas Pinto was elected as a substitute director.
We will appreciate having presented this information and give for fulfilled the legal norms
and regulations that oblige society to provide it.
