Dear Sir or Madam,
By agreement of the Board of Directors, and in accordance with the provisions of the bylaws and art.
59 of Law No. 18,046 of Corporations and its Regulations, it was agreed to summon the gentlemen
shareholders of FACTORING SECURITY S.A. to the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for the 14th
April 2022 at 1:30 p.m., at Av. Apoquindo 3150, 9th floor”, Las Condes, with the object
that the Commission should rule on the following matters:
(a) Examination of the company’s situation and the reports of the auditors and/or
external auditors, and the approval or rejection of the Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Statements of
Results for the year ended December 31, 2021.
b) Renewal of the Board of Directors and determination of remuneration of the Board of Directors for the
Fiscal year 2022.
Cc) Report on operations with related parties.
d) Designations of External Auditors for the year 2022.
e) Designation of newspaper for social publications of the year 2022.
f Deal with other matters of general and social interest that, according to the Statutes, the
Law and the Regulations of Companies correspond to know the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders.
In order to be sure of the attendance of 100% of the shareholders, the
Citation through the Social Newspaper.
According to General Standard No. 332 dated March 21, 2012, the balance sheet
general and audited financial statements as of December 31, 2021, will be found
