You as an essential fact that, as of April 27, 2023, the Board of Directors of the
Company approved the appointment of the following executives, effective May 2, 2000

and Rubén Lorio De León, as Manager of the Accident and Health Line.
and Lorenzo Carvajal Ocampo, as Actuary.
and Gabriel Alexis Labraña Ramos, as Finance Manager.
We also inform that Mr. José Alonso Martínez, who currently serves
as Finance Manager of the Company, he will cease to provide services as of 01
next May.
