Ref.: Communicates the implementation and resolutions adopted at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2″ of article 9 of D.F.L. 251 in relation to article
10 of Law N*18.045, and Article 63 of Law N*18.046 on Corporations, and the
Circular N*%991 of this Commission, I come to communicate as an ESSENTIAL FACT that the day of
Today, April 24, at 10:00 a.m., the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the
company Everest Compañía de Seguros Generales Chile S.A. at the registered office and by
means of video conferencing through the Teams system, complying with the formalities and
Procedure previously informed to shareholders for participation in form
Remote.
The resolutions adopted by the Shareholders’ Meeting, unanimously, were the following:
1.- Approval of the report, balance sheet and report of External Auditors corresponding to the
year ended December 31, 2022.
2.- Approval of the result of the year ended December 31, 2022.
3.- Do not distribute dividends.
4.- Appoint Messrs. Wayne Schonland, Michael Karmilowicz, Michael Mulray, Mark
Horgan and Brian Bedner as titular directors of the Company, for the statutory period of
3 years.
4.- Appoint PwC as an External Audit Firm for 2023
